Terri is professional, warm and friendly. She paid close attention to our needs and worked to find a home that would work for us as we moved from another part of Arizona. She was always available to answer our questions/concerns and did so in a way that educated us and moved the buying process forward. Thanks to Terri, we are now living in a home we LOVE.
I am moving from out of state. Terri and Ron were a pleasure to work with. They made the process so easy for this transition. We're able to coordinate with sellers to schedule a impromptu viewing. Thanks for your assistance.
Easy to work with, smooth transaction highly recommended agent. thank you for your service
I was purchasing a home from out of state and flew in twice this winter/spring to look at places with Terri. She was so helpful in so many ways - not only with the actual house process, but the emotional side of buying a property and relocating as well. She made what felt rocky much smoother, and helped me find the perfect place for all that I needed. I’ll recommend her to anyone looking in the Prescott area.
This was my third real estate transaction using Terri Atkins as my realtor. She's especially competent, professional and personable. She stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed and provided valuable advice and insights that can only have been gained from years of experience in the field. All that along with highly-tuned instincts, make Terri an easy choice. Buying or selling, she is absolutely the best.
We recently hired Terri to sell a rental property of ours in Granville. Terri gave us great advice on everything from preparing the house for the market to pricing it competitively. In particular, Terri handled negotiations with our buyer beautifully, leading to us getting a full-price offer on our house. I highly recommend Terri to anyone looking for a realtor.
Terri Atkins is the gold standard. She heard our wants and only showed us the homes that met our needs. Always punctual and accessible. When it came time to make offers and do the dance, I definitely felt Terri was in my corner. I will be referring her to anyone and everyone wanting the best. Thank you, Terri.
We have had Terri sell several projects over the years and she always goes the extra mile. I aporeciate her attention to detail. She does not list a property and sit back, she works the listing. The three rules for a realtor are DETAIL, DETAIL, DETAIL, she and Ron have all three.
Terri & Ron exceeded my expectations in every way. They made excellent recommendations for marketing and obtained a full price offer with very few showings. Throughout the Escrow period they were very responsive to my questions and quickly attended to all matters and negotiations during my absence. This was very important as I was out of the area. I would definitely retain them again and recommend them to anyone who is considering buying or selling in the Prescott area.
Terri Atkins not only advised me sensibly and fully through the whole process of selling my house, but she and her husband Ron helped me with some of the tasks of getting it ready for closing. They couldn't have been more helpful from the first day of discussing the sale to the very end of it. I'm very pleased that I chose Terri for my agent; I don't think I could have had a better one, and her professionalism and experience were impressive.
Terri helped me immensely during my journey. I live across the country and Terri treated my property like her own. It was in bad shape from being a rental. She took it upon herself to bring the house back into shape, finding contractors to fix all that needed work. The house looked like a model after she was done with it!
Terri feels like a friend, not just a business associate. She was a guide and instructorthrough the confusing world of real estate. I trust Terrl.
