Terri Ashe is extremely professional, well prepared, patient, and personable. Each house tour was a positive experience because she had prepared ahead of time, knew the details of the property and looked at comps in the area. She looked out for our best interests, pointing out any flaws or potential challenges a property may present. We felt supported throughout the entire 8 month experience. Buying was the hard part, given the market and what we were looking for. She worked diligently to prepare the strongest possible offer when we were ready to make an offer, and ours was accepted out of six. Happy to say, we are in our new home and completely satisfied with Terri’s role in the process. Selling our home was the easier part. She came to the very first meeting having done her homework, knew the value, and after walking through our home, saw the numerous updates and increased what she thought should be our asking price.
