We contacted Terri through a website. Luckily, we found a kind, upbeat, patient, knowledgeable agent. We looked at many homes online and made offers on several. Terri was always there to inform us about the area and do video walkthroughs. We finally found the perfect home and bought it sight unseen. She helped us work through negotiations and we got the house. She was readily available when we had questions and was always very professional. I would highly recommend her for your next home purchase.

Let me start out by saying that Terri is the most patient and caring realtor that I have ever used. My husband and I decided it was time to buy a house since he had retired from the Coast Guard and settle down in one place. Unfortunately, the market turned and houses were going as soon as they hit the market and going way over the asking price. Terri was so patient with us and would encourage us not to give up that the house for us was out there. Terri would drive all over Jacksonville and St. Johns county late at night, and 7 days a week to show us houses. After several months of looking, we finally found the one! During the closing process, Terri was there 24 hours a day helping us and answering any questions that we would have. She would call inspectors, lenders, warranty companies, electricians, and anyone else that we needed during the buying process. I don't think the process would have been as easy and smooth without her. Because of her, we now have our home and are so very happy with it! Without a doubt she is the best of the best!!!

Terri has been a godsend during our home build process! We were unable to travel for inspections and meetings with our builder, and Terri was there for us every single step of the way. She offered incredible guidance and help where we did not know much. She set up Zoom meetings so that we could be present although we couldn’t physically be there. I could not say enough good things about Terri and I HIGHLY recommend her, and plan on telling everyone I know who is planning on buying or selling! Thank you, Terri!

Terri was absolutely the best part of my home buying experience. Once we finally picked a home that we loved she walked us step by step through the process and made sure we understood everything. When other aspects of the home buying process were being difficult she went above and beyond to find a solution. I don't know if I ever would've bought a house if it hadn't been for Terri, and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us.
