Working with Terressa on buying and selling our house was the greatest decision we could have made. She was very honest with us, and was able to explain how the whole process would work. As far as selling our home, she worked aggressively towards advertising it, and hosted an open house. We received an offer in a week and a half after listing our house for sale and was under contract. Once we were under contract with the house we were selling, Terressa immediately found several houses that were listed meeting the criteria we wanted, and we looked at several houses within that week. While looking at the houses, she was very knowledgable about what to look for, and made many helpful points as far as what to look for, and things that may be an issue when it comes to inspections. She also gave her input on whether she felt the house was overpriced. She clearly wasn't trying to sell a house quick, but was more interested in making sure we found a home that we wanted, and wasn't going to be a money pit as far as repairs in the future. After we placed an offer in on a house, and it was accepted, Terressa made everything so simple by explaining everything, and emailing all of the paperwork. She would constantly keep us updated with any information that she received. Throughout the whole process, she was very easy to reach, and very professional. If we were to buy or sell another house, we would definitely use her again.
