Terrence is very knowledgeable about the housing market and all things related, and was very well prepared to discuss the details of each house we viewed. This was our first home purchase, which can be a very stressful and intimidating process, but Terrence guided us through each step. He was extremely responsive and proactive throughout the many month process of finding a perfect fit for us, and was always available for showings and open houses, consistently accommodating our busy schedules. He was very patient and very helpful with our many questions about the buying, mortgaging, and closing process, and even after the closing, he connected us with a very helpful and capable contractor for a few things that needed done on the house. He has a great network of contacts throughout the entire industry. We would highly recommend working with Terrence!
