I cannot recommend Terrence enough - my husband and I recently made the jump from our starter house to our dream house in the dream neighborhood. Terrence went above and beyond during the negotiations to make it possible for us to move to the most ideal location (I still cannot believe I live here!) After we closed on the new house he immediatly hopped into action selling our old home. He and his partner gave us detailed advice on what needed to be done to make our first home more desirable on the market and arranged a number of open houses at varying times to make sure the house was accessible for all interested buyers. This level of attentiveness even extended to the day of closing on our old home - we had not been able to return to mow the lawn for some time and Terrence called someone to come and make sure the yard was in optimum condition for the new owner!
