Great helper for an agent

We were blessed to have Terrence as our agent. Not only is he a perfect agent but a perfect gentleman. He went over and above to make sure we got the property we wanted at a good price. Even after we closed on the property he has continued to help us with utility hook ups and tax problems. He is very knowledgeable and shares that with his clients. He is the best.
