Terrance is awesome!
My husband and I have purchased three houses with the help of Terrance. He is knowledgeable, helpful, likable and will do anything he can to make things as easy and smooth as possible. We moved from out of state and he really communicated well with us. He does everything he can to try to save you money and thinks of things you might not think of.
