Terra Rosenberger

Terra was great from start to finish literally!! We started around 2 years ago though about going to a different state she even set something up for us there. Ended up buying in Illinois 2 years later and she was still willing and ready to help! Set us up with a lender and our lawyer. She was amazing from start to finish. She's extremely personable makes the process easy and she's so flexible !!!! Took us 45 days max to close on our house!!!

I found Terra on a local Facebook Moms group when I asked for realtors' opinions on upgrades/modification that we should make to our house before we listed it. She spent the time with us answering all our questions we and helped us list our house a year earlier than what we thought we could. She gave us a spread sheet with different sale prices and where our break even point was which was VERY helpful when it came time to decide to list and during the negotiation process. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable during this part of the process. When it came to looking at house, she was always available when we needed/wanted to go look at houses. We never felt like we weren't a top priority for her. She was wonderful during the negotiation process of the house we sold and during the purchase of our new house. At the end of both negotiations we felt that everything came out fair and we know that Terra helped to make that happen. When it came to the closing process, she kept us as up to date with everything that she could. At the final closing when she said we were all done, my husband and I literally looked at her and said "That's it?" We were shocked at how quickly and smoothly everything went. Terra has wonderful connections and resources that helped us find a great lawyer and mortgage lender. She also knows how to market a house correctly in this day and age and makes sure that you have amazingly beautiful photos of your house for marketing. Terra's personality is that in which you can't help but like her. She is naturally very helpful and very kind and willing to do what is needed for her clients. She has wonderful communication skills which is a necessity for a realtor! We didn't just walk away from this process with a new house but we also walked away with a realtor that we know we can trust and that we will definitely use again in the future.

Terra was such a huge asset for me for my first time buying a home. She walked me through the whole process, found some great properties that fit my wish list and negotiated a great deal for me! I couldn't have had a better experience, thanks to Terra.
