My husband and I have bought a few properties and we wouldn't use ANYONE but Terra! Not only does she heave a heart of Gold, but she is very smart and knowledgeable too ! She always responds right back with any questions and gives you the latest updates . She is also very good about negotiating on your behalf and has saved us money! Going into the house selling process I was worried how long the process would take. That turned out to be nothing to worry about. Terra guided us in preparing the house for sale, listed it and had an offer in less than 24 hours. This was by far the best experience I have had selling a house. She gave honest and constructive feedback on how to best stage our home for maximum impact and was accessible day and night. We originally met her when she was representing a seller of a home we looked at and we were so impressed we asked her to come look at ours and help us sell too! She’s amazing. Knowledgeable. Gets things done and knows who to contact to make those things get done quickly and correctly. Things that most agents would leave you to figure out on your own, like who to come fix some problem found in an inspection, Terra tackled for us! My husband and I remarked many times to each other we had never had a more helpful and responsive agent. I will never buy or sell with anyone else again.
