This was not my first purchase or sale of a property so I have dealt with other agents in the past. Teri went above and beyond what I expected in an agent, both in selling our home and looking for a home that would be a perfect fit for us. For the sale of our home, she kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we understood the process. She coordinated everything for us. In regards to looking for a home, we were particular in what we were looking for and she took the extra effort to find what met our criteria. As soon as a property came on the market that fit our criteria she would contact us so that we could look at it. I couldn't have asked for more from an agent and if I ever need one again, she will be the one that I use.
