Teri was fabulous in every way needed. This could’ve been a difficult endeavor for us, one b/c we were purchasing in Florida while living in Buffalo, NY, and 2 b/c I have a variety of chronic medical conditions that have me in bed a lot! Teri was patient with me yet on the ball with everything we needed. She was energetic, enthusiastic, empathetic, organized, detailed, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating on every level and at every turn! One of the unique qualities that sets her apart from other agents that are also dedicated is something I absolutely needed that no other offered… Teri traveled to different areas. Most agents I spoke with kept hounding us to choose an area and look ‘just’ there. Who wants to keep in contact with a dozen agents in possible locations?! Teri knew we were looking for our forever home and it wasn't about which county, it was about where would we find home! Teri has been very helpful throughout the entire home buying process! She helped us find the home we love and made sure to clear any obstacles we ran into with the closing process.
