This Review relates to the sale of my home. When we advised Teri that we wanted to sell, she gave us all the necessary information regarding pricing, listing, and the time it would take to sell. She was "Spot-On"!! I never knew selling a house could be so easy! Teri did it!!! It seemed as if there wasn't anything to do. We listed on Sunday had 4 bids by Monday and was in contract by the end of the week! I'm so glad we chose Teri to be our realtor! She is SUPER sweet and very knowledgeable. she knows the business very well.

Teri lucas very nice. Helped me find my home. I called her. Asking about buying my first house. We had a great talk. Informed me about everything. Had a great talk. She gave me a lot of tips and tricks to look for. And found out what I wanted in the house. Meet one weekend. Got appointments for everywhere and extra that I was looking for. And found the one for me. She was with me every step of the way. Very helpful, kind, polite.

Teri was absolutely fantastic! She was always available day and night. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area. She checked in with us every step of the way and even after. I would definitely recommend Teri to anyone looking to find their home!

My wife and I were first time home buyers. I found a home and scheduled a walkthrouh just to see what the place looked like. She had us scheduled to view house within a few hours. She was great with responding to all of the questions we had. Our first time buying a home was very easy with her. Teri treated us great and we are very appreciated of her.
