Teri was amazing to work with! Between her and her daughter, they were super responsive and always went above and beyond to help us out. While I know they were busy, they always found time to meet us at showings and never made us feel like a burden. Process was very smooth with them and we'll certainly be using them again next time we buy/sell our home. Highly recommend!

Teri and Nina are excellent real estate agents. I went into this process looking for a home without a buyer’s agent initially, and set my sights on a home where Teri and Nina were the seller’s agents. Even though they had a duty to represent the seller, they were more than willing and able to help me as I toured, put down multiple offers, and went through the closing process. Because I had no buyer’s agent, this meant more work for them than normal for a seller’s agent. They were incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries and issues, and for someone who had never done this before, they made the process incredibly easy. I would highly recommend both Teri and Nina in the future if you are selling or purchasing a home.

She had great knowledge of the area we sold our house in and helped us find the client that purchased our home. Couple areas of feedback: 1. Realtor went through items so quickly we didn’t fully understand certain percentages of payment as being first time home sellers. 2. Was hoping for more options provided, and being more open to potential negotiation tactics on repairs between the seller and the buyer. 3. Explaining each step of the selling process from beginning to end and maintaining professionalism all the way through closing again as first time home sellers. 4. Mentioning to the client a price of our home without our final approval of what we want our final asking price to be 5. Potentially negotiating for more and meeting our asking price expectations. Other than that she helped us sell our home quickly and had great knowledge of the area.
Teri and Nina are TOP NOTCH. I am new to the area, in a tough market with very little inventory (hello crazy interest rates). I had a precise idea of what I wanted and shared that vision with them and they absolutely delivered. I literally only looked at 3 homes. They were able to negotiate the price below the asking price (and the house appraised for more than I paid for it). In addition, they helped me find an amazing mortgage broker.
