We used Teri to represent us selling our home in Midtown as well as buying our new home in the Johns Creek area. Teri’s knowledge of the area when we were buying is second to none. She was a wealth of information about the pros and cons of all the various neighborhoods - house types, yard size, community social events, amenities, etc. She very quickly figured out what we liked and disliked about houses. Teri was diligent in making sure all the closing details were handled including financing options. Both closings went smoothly without any surprises. Two things especially stick out in regards to her service. The first is when we ran into a couple of unusual situations - multiple offers on the house we wanted to buy and as well as uncooperative sellers. In both cases she helped us navigate expertly including terminating a contract when it was the best course of action. The second is that Teri took the time to introduce us to some people in the neighborhood where we bought our home so that we would feel like part of the community right away. We can’t recommend Teri enough, and In fact she is helping us find a home for our parents.
