When we purchased the Xanadu Property we were on a shoestring budget and in somewhat of a hurry. We were looking for a unicorn! Teri, understanding the circumstances of needing for us to purchased a second property, was able to locate properties that met our criteria. Once we decided on the Xanadu property, the next challenge was financing as this property as it was in receivership and had been vacant for quite some time. Teri found a lender that worked with the nuances of financing the property. She stuck with the us from finding the right lendert, property inspections, to getting the keys in hand. It was a very trying sale but Teri was realistically optimistic and dealt with issues as they presented themselves and always keeping in constant communication. This is the third property we have purchased from Teri and have sold two previous owned properties all with the same attention to detail and professionalism.
