We unexpectedly found ourselves with an accepted offer on a lake home. We had been through the looking process multiple times, only to be disappointed with the news that the house had already sold. So, when given the very unexpected and wonderful news that we had an accepted offer, we needed to move very quickly to sell our home. Teri jumped into action immediately, getting us paperwork on a Sunday morning so that we could move things forward as quickly as possible. We had lived in our home for many years, raising our kids there and knew the process would be bittersweet for us! She reviewed each potential buyer and gave us many pointers on how to best present our home to potential buyers. All of her hard work paid off and we ended up selling our home within a week! Terri was on top of her game! We had a few hiccups in the process that turned out to work to our advantage when it was all said and done. She was always reassuring even when our first buyers backed out. Terri always had a plan B. She was able to get our asking price and in the end had multiple qualified buyers lined up.
