Teri Blakeley

I was introduced Teri Blakeley through a co-worker who had used her for the purchase of his home. He was very impressed with the level of service she had provided him and his family that I felt comfortable choosing Teri as my realtor to sell my current home and find me a new home. After our first meeting to discuss the sale of my home, I too, was impressed with her real estate knowledge and she made me feel comfortable about the process I was about to undertake. Teri guided me step by step offering her years of knowledge and advising me on how to proceed. When my home went under contract (on the first day on the market) I was excited, overwhelmed, and nervous. With Teri’s guidance and knowledge, the sale went through with minor hiccups. In the meantime, we were looking for my new home. After giving Teri my wants and or desires for a new home, she provided me with many options to review and look at. I ultimately found my new home all the while listening to Teri on such items and resale value, noise, traffic… I am very pleased with my home selling and buying experience.
