teri went beyond norm to accomodate all parties and facilitate transaction

Teri was excellent to work with. There were some issues that popped up but Teri took the reigns. Ultimately, what potentially could have been a deal breaker, Teri guided us with a great idea that was acceptable to all parties. In the end, there was no big loss and we were very happy with the outcome. We didn't have to "lift a finger". As far as responsive, she returned text and answered calls immediately. Even when she was on vacation!!! We've been through real estate transactions in the past, and this by far was the easiest when we expected it to be more challenging. She's now our go to!

She was very experienced in the area and gave me lots of tips getting insurance, description of local area, and even help with after the sales.
