Teri provided thorough communication regarding the purchase of our home, as well as helped walk us through the sale of our prior residence. She was punctual in getting back to us and answering all questions we had. Any back and forth necessary between us and our buyer/seller was handled by her and any issues we had were maneuvered through with minimal headache. At the time of closing, both on our purchase and sale, she scoured through the ALTA statements to see if all info was correct, and saved us money on both ends. She even noticed that one of the title companies had her commission higher than it was supposed to be, and instead of letting it go to ultimately benefit herself, she had it corrected and saved us money. That kind of honesty alone is something worth noting. Now that it's all said and done, we got our old home sold, and our new home purchased, and everything just worked out the way it needed to. Teri played a pivotal role in those things happening.
