Teri always puts her all into it us. We never feel like we're putting her to any trouble when a house we're looking at just isn't the right one. She listens to the things we want, like or don't like and applies it to the next property so that each one gets better until we land on what we've been looking for. She's very knowledgeable and has a contact in every field to find answers she doesn't know or to recommend for us if we don't have a resource for what we need. She makes us feel like we're part of her family and she has helped us with more than we can describe. She's our go to person because she either knows the answer or where to find it.

Teri is a master of her craft. Great job from beginning til the end. She is the BEST. When we had our initial walk through I was a bit intimidated by the list Teri found of things she’d like done prior to listing the house. But she wouldn’t let me give up and I’m so glad we didn’t!
