She lives in Marlboro and knows her backyard very well. Fights with builders/sellers till the last penny and wins most of the time. Very prompt with picking up and/or returning calls/texts/emails/vms. A lot better than me with gadgets and apps

Tereza was truly remarkable to work with. From when she first came to our family home, she showed a great interest in the house, and outlined her selling process very clearly. She was with us for every step of the way, and understood how daunting it was for us to go through this process. Tereza was very good at scheduling all the different components such as the photographer, videographer, and any showings. She kept us informed after every step. She worked around our viewing schedule, and was present for all the showings herself, which gave us a great sense of comfort. In the middle of our house being on the market, we had a death in the family. Tereza was a great support for our family, and gave us the time we needed to pause with the showings so that we could have the celebration of life event at home. She was so kind to check in on us and help us with some items for the event. I don’t think there are words to truly describe how Tereza helped us get through this time, and took the stress of the sale of the house under her wing. She is a team player and a go-getter.
