Ms. Simmons was very kind. I moved from Virginia to North Carolina and she made me feel welcomed. Her kind disposition was everything. She also knew the Triad very well. I was extremely satisfied with her service.

The service was excellent she helped stage the property. Which is something I new nothing about. It took several months but the property finally sold after obtaining several offers we negotiated and settled on one offer.

She was there for me for anything,went beyond if needed with much respect and always a listen ear. To make a long story short ,she deserves 150 from 1 to 100
