My experience with Teresita was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me , coordinating the different players to make a successful transaction including appraisers, home inspectors, bankers, mortgage loan officers, and government agencies. At different points in the process, i witnessed her change hats, she went from a buyer’s advocate, to analyst, to consultant, to negotiator, and a marketer, and of course now a really great friend. All these things she did to help me get the home I wanted. She understood exactly what I was looking for and adapted her schedule to fit my crazy work schedule. She had schedules created in advance so that we got the most use of the limited time I had to look at properties. She even has the distance mapped out and has copies of the listing prepared for me when we arrived to each location. This allowed me to see 4-5 properties during my lunch break. Teresita knows how to properly showcase a house and point out things that a first time home buyer like myself had no clue to look for (un permitted home addition, water damage, open permits etc). Her professional reputation is second to none. She is honest, has great work ethic, and an engaging personality. I highly recommend Teresita to anyone.
