As it happened, buying a house was a spur of the moment necessity. I had made arrangements with another realtor to meet on a Friday in Wrightwood. For some reason, come Thursday, she didn’t return my calls. Well, I was left with nothing but a paid for motel; so, I started calling. To my good fortune, Terese was the first human that answered the phone. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged showings of the houses that I had seen online and some I hadn’t. But there always seemed to be something that didn’t show in the pictures. Therese happily rode from Wrightwood to Pine Mountain club with two dogs and wanted to show me a house I hadn’t seen online because it was over my absolute limit. It checked all my boxes. Terese suggested an offer about half way to my limit and I couldn’t resist. Working with her only got better through the process of buying the place. Everyone she used or referred me to was first rate. She told me what I needed, where to sign, and what it meant. She guided me, a complete neophyte, through the whole process as well as I can imagine. I could not have been more satisfied.
