My favorite part is when Carlos also assisted me how to deal with the tenants after the property was purchased. I have no landlord experiences so any feedback and advise were extremely helpful. The line of communication was great as well. Never did I have to wait for more than 24 hours to get a response back from Carlos, this was including Saturday and Sunday as well.
