The buyer we had to deal with wasn't our issue, it was his broker. He was rude, unethical, and breaking rules left and right. Teresa helped us through the process and kept her cool when we had to get the next level involved. He made our selling process difficult up to the moment of turnover. Without her, I am not sure we would have been able to make it.
