I highly recommend Teresa. I can't say enough about her dedication to work with my hectic schedule during the school year to help us find just the right house that fit our very specific needs. I thought it would be impossible, but she found a place that's made all of us feel at home and checks off so many boxes for my parents, my husband, my daughters, and for me! She is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy, and a fantastic negotiator. She was also patient--listening quietly or giving sound advice as needed--as I wrestled with all the emotions that come with moving and deciding where to settle down.
