Late summer of 2019 Teresa came to my home and took pictures of the land, outside the home and inside. I had not decided not to sell then, but she wanted to be ready for when I did. She took care of all the signs and placement of them as needed to advertise my home. After deciding to sell we were having a garage sale and Teresa decided to hold a OPEN HOUSE that same day. Boy did it work. We had more people for the house than the garage sale. From that our buyers stopped by to look. Yes they bought my home. So with in 2 weeks I knew it was sold. She followed through on the sale clear to when I signed off on the home. Could not ask for more, she was friendly and outgoing to all. I thank her all the time.
