Teresa is very friendly and professional Realator. She made sure the price of the house was set at what it would likely be appraised for, so it sold quickly. She went out of her way to help us. For example, when we learned there was a dress still at the house on the day of closing, she volunteered to get it and take care of donating it to the best place for it. That helped us because we did not have to go back to the house, which was very out of the way! Working with Teresa was a pleasure, and we highly recommend her.
