Guided us step by step as proceeding took place for e- signing different documents, different fees to paid to local city departments , attorney requirements and their proceeding etc . She is readily available whenever you have any questions & she replied promptly via calls , texts , emails or meetings @ property. Her dedication towards her work & years ( I think 20-25 years) of experience makes sellers life easier . She has helped & guided appropriately our family with other real estate needs & did not charge us penny for that. She is in reality hard core ( veteran) in residential real estate agent ( the GURU of residential real estate market) . 5/5 starts will be discrediting to her she deserve infinite stars.
