While I am relieved that we successfully sold our house, as a first-time seller, I expected clearer communication and guidance. The communication was lacking; I often received text replies instead of calls, which felt unprofessional. When I did ask for clarification, the responses often came across as dismissive rather than helpful. I was also informed that responses would be limited during vacations, adding to my stress as a first-time seller. Also, at one point stating that calls would only be answered after 10 AM seemed unprofessional. I often felt left in the dark and I was hoping for a more supportive experience. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that future clients receive a more responsive and professional level of service.

As an an active duty military member with 24 years of service, I’ve rented many times, purchased 3 homes, and had about 6 different realtors. Based on my experience I came to generally disliked realtors, long feeling that they were overpaid for doing very little.
