We actually met Teresa Saxton by stopping at an "open house" that she was hosting. We had simply been driving about the neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon and stopped on an impulse. She introduced herself and after we had walked about the house, she asked if we had an agent and offered to help us if we did not. We had not been actively looking for a house. With her assistance, a month later we were in a house following nine years of apartment living after the flood from Hurricane Katrina.
