Teresa Renda and I connected when I was in the middle of a two year long home search. I liked her from the first meeting. She came prepared with ideas and valuable knowledge and was truly like a family member by the end of the process. She had my previous home under contract in 8 days and also helped to negotiate and close my new home. Thank you for your hard work Teresa!

Teresa was an excellent resource for finding the right home for our family. We flew down to Alabama and stayed for 2 days. We were able to hit several houses we liked on Zillow as well as some others that Teresa thought we might be interested in. She listened to what we wanted while also finding other homes comparable to our wants/needs. We looked at several towns/areas and narrowed the search down to one. She was courteous, honest, and very helpful. She also showed us around several of these towns and made us feel welcome. She showed us where all of the shops, eateries, and other areas of interest were as well. Teresa is very good at what she does and has a heart of gold. We were blessed to have such a great agent find us the home of our dreams in such a wonderful location.

Teresa worked continually to find us the right house and once found, offered us her professional knowledge of this market to guide us through the acquisition. There were issues with the seller and the house and she finessed dealing with both. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Teresa went above and beyond while my fiancé and I looked for our first home. She was so patient and informative as the home buying process was new to us.
