Teresa was fantastic to work with through the process of selling our home as well as selling my parents estate. She was always planning ahead and researching items/questions so she was well informed when we’d talk and discuss options. She was in constant contact and kept me informed. If I ever needed help with something she was there to help or send me to where I could get the help. She went above and beyond what I’d expected in a realtor. When I needed help finding someone to deep clean my parents house she gave me reliable contacts. And this was true for any area I needed an outside source. She truly knows the area and people that can help. I appreciate all the little things she’d did to help make this a smooth process.

From the willingness to look at everything I wanted to, to breaking down the whole process and making everything make sense. Teresa is very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to help with whatever she needs to.

Teresa was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us find our first home! She was knowledgable about the local stores, restaurants, schools and more within our community. She was timely when responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. She also referred us to handymen, lawn care providers, and other professionals we may need to contact to upkeep on our home in the future. Teresa was an absolute phenomenal realtor for us to find our first home and we now consider her a friend! We will definitely be referring our friends to her if they are in the market for a new home or are looking to sell theirs!

Teresa worked more with my sister since I don't live in the area. I found her to be very knowledgeable and caring at the same time. With me living up north was not an issue for her. She knew and followed through with all that needed to be done by me. She was willing to work with our schedules after the loss of our mother. In my conversations with my sister she always commented on how sweet Teresa was. I would highly recommend Teresa for any buying or selling of any realities.

Teresa is so wondering and amazing to work with. We didn’t have a realtor to start with and looked at a few houses and found a house Teresa had listed so we contacted her and that is where our journey began. We passed on the first house and chit chatted how well Teresa was with knowledge of the area, her communication was too notice and she’s very honest and didn’t sugar coat things (which we absolutely love). We asked if she would be our realtor and we found our dream home! If you want consistent amazing communication and understanding this lady is it, we were never left in the “I don’t understand this or that stage”. She is very informational and will help get the job done of finding you your dream house!!!! Recommend 10/10 super fantastic.

Teresa is a pleasure to work with! I appreciated the time she took to make my elderly father feel comfortable with the process and answer his questions. She was quick to return messages and share feedback from our showings. I appreciated her knowledge and suggestions during the listing process and in reviewing the offers we received. Her use of a professional photographer for the listing photos was icing on the cake!
