We are first time homebuyers and had no idea what to look for. Teresa has experience in construction so she checked for leaks under the sinks for us. She checked the roof, ac, water heater, and located the water pump. Teresa educated us on what to look for in a house. She gave us pros and cons on solar panels. We were amazed of her honesty.
