We cannot say enough good about Teresa. We made a cross-country move and she went way farther than the extra mile in taking care of us. When we visited the place we hoped to, she took our call on a moment's notice due to the failure of another agent. She was gracious and very personable. We enjoyed being with her and knew she would be a great agent --- and she was. All through the process, after we returned home she acted as our eyes and ears, sending pictures, evaluating houses, discussing offering strategies, and just about everything you can think of -- and more. WOW! We never expected this kind of service from anybody. There was never a telephone call, text, or email that wasn't promptly returned. And it was also fun working with Teresa. She is a super person.
