Teresa is awesome! My wife and I were first time home buyers and so we were pretty hesitant to just go with anyone. We met Teresa and knew right away she was going to be honest, upfront and work with us to find the perfect home. She was able to find us a home before it even got out in the main apps and listings. She walked us through the whole process and answered any and all of our questions. She made it such an easy transition and she made it super easy signing documents electronically so we didn't have to meet everytime to sign them, and if we had any questions about the documents, she was quick to respond. If she didn't have the answer right away she found out for us and ensured she got right back to us. We would recommend her for anyone. She is fantastic and we will definitely be going back when we do this again.

We had an excellent experience working with Teresa. I would rate her 10 stars out of 10. Our sale involved us selling our home in Oregon and purchasing in Idaho. Teresa made the logistics easy. She was available to meet us on our schedule. She went back to the home we were purchasing to get measurements, met with contractors to get repair bids and even lined up a carpet cleaner and coordinated with him to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Teresa also did a Face Time walk through of the new property just to refresh my memory so I could better plan which furniture we were going to move or sell. She was always timely in getting back to us. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a competent and accessible realtor.

I was impressed with Teresa from the get go. Starting with her easy going personality and readiness to start looking at homes fitting the criteria I was hoping for. She is knowledgeable about the newest tech including electronic signing of documents which makes things much easier. Her knowledge regarding the best apps to use for home searches was very helpful. I was able to avoid downloading ones she already knows aren't updated regularly, saving a lot of time.
