It hard to find words on how great it was to work with Teresa! Teresa helped me buy and sell my first home all within an 8 month period. She was amazing to work with! When it came to purchasing my first home she was very knowledgeable with the Orange County market, buying process, close and post move in. She was always looking out for me at every turn. I loved that place but just after 8 months of moving in work took me for SoCal to Denver. Once again Teresa was there every step of the way. We evaluated the market and whether to rent, hold or sell the property and after many discussions we decided to sell. When that decision was made I was already in Colorado starting my new life. Teresa did everything during my absence. She did a wonderful job of staging the condo, the listing photography was beautiful and we got exactly what we were looking for! Within 24 hours we had multiple offers. Teresa did a great job of weighing the pros and cons of each of the offers with me. Once we made a decision she once again did everything from there.
