Very helpful, knowledgeable, knows the area, courteous and friendly. Always very good to explain things to my husband and I so that we could understand. Kept us in the loop on every step of the way. I had no concern at all of anything going wrong with Teresa taking care of things. My husband and I also used Teresa in 2018 to find and purchase our home. She found us a perfect home. My daughter has used her for several purchases as well as selling. Our grandson and his family also had Teresa find their first home. Any real estate needs in our family, Teresa is our first choice. Teresa was communicative, helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which couldn’t have been easy during a pandemic. She took a lot of care to explain things to us in a way we understood as first time home buyers new to the home buying process. She even brought us moving boxes and other moving supplies right before we closed on our new house. We are the third generation in our family to work with Teresa and plan to continue the tradition recommending her to all of our family and friends!
