She always amazes us with the knowledge that she has about the current market in our diverse city. We could not be happier!! She showed us multiple condos and houses until we found the one we love! She negotiated expertly and the offer was accepted overnight. There was a bit of work to be done. She suggested a contractor we are very please with as well. He too, was phenomenal! She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and a real joy to work with! She is now our realtor for life.

My family looked for a house for a while. Somewhere around 18 months. We saw a lot of houses over that time. And with my wife and I working different shifts it was hard sometimes. But no matter what the time-frame was Teresa made it work. She was always prepared with comps and information about the neighborhood.
