We have partnered with Teresa with both buying and selling homes since 2015. She is extremely thorough, responsive, warm, and always respecting and making space for our feelings, concerns and questions during the entire process. She is a great teacher and explains all contracts in great detail. If you are selling a home, she ensures that your home is up to quality standard so you receive the highest value for your home (at least that is the goal!). For the sale of our home, she had attention to detail in making sure we had the floors refinished, fresh paint and a lovely staging job. We feel this made all the difference and we had 5 offers on our home after the first weekend of open houses. When we purchased our home (2 months ago), she reviewed all disclosures closely and made recommendations for additional inspections and work to be done before we moved in to make certain we were purchasing a safe home for our small children. She covers all bases to provide the most satisfactory and highest standard of a home buying experience. She makes one of the most stressful experiences a breeze.
