I have know Theresa for just a year now. We meet when I was looking at open houses for a possible move to Horry County. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I was happy we where working together. She stuck with me all that time I had to rent and multiple offers where out bid. She is very professional and a great person. I wish her all the best.

Teresa found very quickly a buyer for my property. She was always very responsive to any questions on the process.
