Teresa helped my wife and I buy an investment property. She made time for us every weekend to see properties, as well as numerous phone consultations. She is very professional and not afraid to "tell it how it is," which we highly valued. During our option periods, she coordinated with contractors and home inspectors to make sure the property was sound, and when we exercised our "option" to terminate, she gave her full support every time. We eventually found the right investment property and after we closed, Teresa still made the time to reach out and make sure everything was going well. Thank you, Teresa!
