Teresa worked with my family for about a year looking for just the right place. She understood the type of place we wanted, and was tireless in finding new listings and arranging showings for us. Once we found the right place, she walked us through the entire purchase process, helping us in crafting offers and dealing with special conditions for the sale. Even after escrow closed, she continued to stay in contact, assisting us with questions we had. You really cannot ask for a better real estate representative if you are buying or selling a home.

Teresa took the time to show us as many homes as we wanted. When we found the home we wanted she was real helpful in negotiating the contracts was always on time with paperwork and deadlines.
