I recently purchased a home with Teresa Krebs as my buying agent and wish there were more than 5 stars!!. As a long distance buyer relocating to Wilmington, Teresa's local knowledge helped me to choose areas of Wilmington that would fit my chosen lifestyle. I really felt her personal caring as she first of all zeroed in on what I was looking for in a home, and patiently toured me through homes that fit those criteria. Her attention to detail and always responding to every inquiry, and finally watching out for my interests in the negotiating process were fantastic and very much appreciated !!!
