Teresa (Terry) was a delight to work with. We were on a pretty tight timetable: we hoped to identify the right condominium for us in 48 hours, having no previous experience with the local market. Terry made it happen and made if fun at the same time. She's a wealth of knowledge not only about properties but about shopping, restaurants, cultural activities, drive times, etc. By the afternoon of Day Two we had found our dream home and by evening our offer was accepted.
