Teresa is very personable! She listens to all of your wants and needs in a home and carefully selects ones to show you. I would bring houses to her attention wondering why she didn’t say anything about them. She would then give me the list of my “needs/wants” that were not part of that listing along with other qualifications it didn’t meet for my loan. She explained that she’s not going to show me houses just to show she wants to help me find my forever home. She is very knowledgeable in the housing market and would point out costly repairs that I had no clue about. She is very honest and caring of her clients. I’ve made a lifelong friend in her!

I have found my life long realtor! Teresa is patient. ( and needed patience with us!) Thia is our second home she helped us with! She knows houses and what to look for. She gets to know you personally and what your needs are and doesn't let you waste time looking at a home that won't fit what your looking for. She is the best realtor I have ever dealt with and ever will!!! She always answers her phone and is there to answer the silliest questions too. We love her like family!!!
