Teresa has been really great, couldn't have asked for anything more.She planned everything through and has been very responsive and flexible, making everything very smooth for us.She and her husband fixed up the place and organized cleaning and staging etc.It felt like she was just as invested as we were.They made it look so good, that we almost didn't want to sell the place anymore.We hardly had to take care of anything except for moving out and we were happy with our offer in the end.

We had an incredible experience selling our house with Teresa as our agent. She gave us great advice and guidance every step of the way. She advised we do some remodeling and then was extremely involved and oversaw it, as we were out of town. She was able to get everything accomplished on time and the remodel turned out great...better than we could have hoped! Friends and family didn't think it was possible...but we had seen her do it in the house across the street from us, and knew she was different than other agents! She sent pictures almost daily and kept us totally in the loop. We feel so fortunate that we had Teresa ad our agent!

So when the offer came in, the buyers knew the house was in as good a condition as it could be and everything was working properly. This made the closing go very smoothly. Teresa and Andy went over to the house to make sure everything was bright and clean multiple times each week. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.
