Teresa did a wonderful job of helping us by our first home. When ever we had a question or something we didn’t understand she went out of her way to help us get it done even when we had to change to a new lender. She’s always available and she’s going to make sure you have everything to get the deal done. ???? I would recommend to everyone.

Teresa is a gem! This was our first time buying a house and she made the entire process SO easy! We aren’t local and had to purchase from out of state. She went above and beyond any of my expectations that a realtor would do. Whenever we had a question about anything at all, she was right there helping us. She sent us so many pictures and did video walk throughs with us so we could get the best picture of the houses we were looking at. She really knows her stuff and made sure the house and area we were looking for was good for our family. Even after closing, she helped us get all our utilities, etc. set up and going since we hadn’t quite arrived in town yet. She truly is a godsend, you couldn’t find a better realtor!! Teresa was wonderful to me and my family with exceptional work and negotiation skills. We asked for more features than what the house came with and she made it happen for us and more! Very informative throughout the process despite the fact that we lived out of state. She had me and my families best interest every time she spoke to us about the house or when talking to the builder on our behalf.
